Een gratis yoga nidra<\/h3>\n

Yoga Nidra, betekent letterlijk\u00a0<\/span>\u2018yoga slaap\u2019.<\/span><\/i> Maar in tegenstelling tot wat de naam doet vermoeden, heeft het niets met slapen te maken. Het is een begeleide diepe ontspanning, bedoeld om je lichaam en geest tot rust te brengen door te vertragen en spanning los te laten. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tijdens Yoga Nidra is je bewustzijn tussen waken en slapen, een staat die je normaal gesproken alleen bereikt in je diepe slaap. Het heeft dezelfde herstellende effecten als enkele uren diepe slaap.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Na jarenlang een eigen yogaschool in Medellin, Colombia te hebben gehad en veel retraites en workshops wereldwijd te hebben gegeven, ben ik weer terug in Nederland om mijn missie voort te zetten.<\/p>\n

For me Saskia\u2019s classes at this retreat are much more than a space to practice asanas. It\u2019s a space to heal. Recent heb ik een Liquid Breath Ademcirkel bij Saskia gevolgd. Het was een fantastische reis met een heel fijne groep en heel mooie begeleiding van Saskia.<\/span>
Saskia weet met haar intu\u00eftie, energie en warme stem de setting te cre\u00ebren waarin ik helemaal in mezelf kon zakken en toegang kreeg tot diepere lagen en emoties. De zachte verbonden ademhaling van Liquid Breath opent op een fijne manier waar het vast zit in mijn lichaam, mijn hart en bekken.<\/span>
Saskia combineert dat met een prachtige meditatie die je echt weer in contact brengt met je kern.<\/span>
Ik ervoer heel veel ruimte, liefde en helderheid. Super bedankt en ik kom zeker terug voor de volgende cirkel!<\/span><\/p>\n
